This section describes the terms of the EZ Tech Solutions SMS (text message) communication program. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form — you agree to the terms in this section.

Program description. The EZ Tech Solutions SMS program allows us to send you text messages related to your inquiry and, where applicable, your account and service. Depending on your interaction with us, the types of messages you may receive include:

• Responses and follow-ups regarding a quote or inquiry you submitted;
• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders (for example, site assessments and service visits);
• Service and support updates, such as status notifications regarding work in progress;
• Customer care messages in response to your requests.

This is a transactional and customer-care program. We do not use the SMS program to send you unrelated marketing or promotional offers.

Consent. Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You are responsible for ensuring the mobile number you provide is yours and that you are authorized to receive messages at it.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us — for example, how many inquiries you submit and how many appointments or service events are underway. You will generally only receive messages that relate to your specific inquiry or account.

Message and data rates; costs. EZ Tech Solutions does not charge you a fee to participate in the SMS program. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Any such charges are your responsibility. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.

Opt-out instructions. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again as you did originally.

Carriers and delivery. Carriers (such as your mobile provider) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Privacy. Information you provide in connection with the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As stated there, we do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
